Separation between dwellings formed by ½ foot of perforated brick and rock wool and double plasterboard 13+13 mm (CTE DB HR).

Interior partition walls of double plasterboard 13+13 mm on both sides and rock wool interior 50 mm. Total thickness 10 cm (CTE DB HR).

Coating of walls and walls of stairs/platforms with single-layer cement mortar and exterior smooth stone paint.

The houses have pre-installation for air conditioning, with provision for installation of the exterior machines on the roof and the interior ones on a 60×60 removable false ceiling located in the secondary bathrooms.
Air ducts by climaver plus and supply and return grilles in anodized aluminum.
Sanitary hot water by means of heat pump (Aerothermal) (CTE) individualized, with accumulator tank of 80 liters.
